- Assist with CRTC applications by providing technical and demographic information and attending public hearings, if required, as client advisor and engineering spokesman.

- Specify design details and assist construction management for new or improved transmitting facilities.
- Issue requests for quotation and assist bid selection for equipment procurement.

Regulatory Compliance
- AM proofs of performance.
- Safety code 6 theoretical radiation studies.
- Reradiation studies on power lines or other large structures near AM transmitting sites.
- Design and commissioning of detuning systems to minimize reradiation.
Radio and Microwave Systems
- Studio-Transmitter (STL) and other point to point to point microwave or UHF radio links.
- Remote Pickup Systems (RPU).
